I made an appointment but had to drop my car off early before work. How ever they were able to help me on the spot. Needed a rotation and balance and they finished in about 20 minutes and had me on my way. How ever when I got home I noticed one wheel was in the same position, so I had to go back the next morning and ask them about it. I was not angry and it was a simple mix up that was fixed. I was happy they took the time to get me in again early. I was disappointed I had to make a second trip but the quality of service was good and the communication from the staff was excellent.

Can’t thank this location enough. I spent countless hours with my research for new oem 15” wheels and AT tires for my 2021 crosstrek. After building my setup, I tried to order my build online and it wouldn’t submit. I visited the store, and Noah helped me confirm the build and ordered my setup. Within a few days over July 4th weekend, my crosstrek was transformed into a new, mean, auto machine. Thanks yall!

Sure you can tell good customer service from bad. But have you noticed how other customers are treated? It gives you real insight to quality of service when staff don't notice you observing how they treat other patrons. My experience at Discount Tire was just this situation. Yes, they have the best pricing compared to local competitors. But more importantly, they treat *everyone* with courtesy, repect and patience. The whole team showed expertise and hustle. Special shout out to Jackson, who noticed a crucial detail that I would have missed and never known.

Well, there were a few hiccups in the initial purchases that I made. Between corporate and the store, it was handled and very professionally and trust was restored. I don't mind people dropping the ball every once in awhile. What's important is if they correct the issue and grow forward. This is what happened with this and I'm very happy to strongly endorse discount Tire. Truck looks and performs better than I thought would be the results. If I have one suggestion is teaching "Attention to Detail". Mostly to the techs are probably responding to the hectic speed of a busy shop. The cost of doing it right from the start is minimal....the cost of getting it wrong is compounding the time constraints on an already busy store. Takes less time to do it right than fix it.

Saturday spent 2 hours for a flat tire, Sunday Morning the tire was completely flat. Now Monday I came to les swab. I had to pay but now I know I will be save on the road
